		<description><![CDATA[This was a good book.  I remember the point he brought up on Mission.  McNeal says, &quot;the venue that you minister in is negotiable, the Mission is not.&quot;  I try to keep this in mind when I consider the future.  Where and who is not as important as what and why.

The other thought on Mission that stuck out to me is that God doesn&#039;t call you to your life&#039;s mission in spite of who you are, but because of who you are.  His design was from the beginning, in full knowledge of the path we would walk.]]></description>
