I have to do this

A phone company that rhymes with Ferizon has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with.  They have made it impossible to cancel my home phone and internet service.  This is ridiculous.  I used to love Ferizon, but I just can’t believe that I have been trying to cancel for over an hour and they can’t direct me to a person.  You get stuck in a ridiculous phone tree/hold system.  I wonder if there are corpses all over america of people who have died on hold.  Ridiculous!!!! GRRRR!!!! I hate to be a jerk and I’ve tried to tell them but they just don’t listen.
